NEW YORK (Reuters) – The U.S. Securities and Change Fee on Tuesday sued Coinbase (NASDAQ:) Inc, the biggest U.S. crypto asset buying and selling platform, accusing it of illegally working with out having first registered with the regulator.
The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan federal court docket, at some point after the SEC sued Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency change, and its founder Changpeng Zhao.
