Following up on my earlier publish, ABA Finds Golden Gate Legislation Faculty Out Of Compliance With 75% Bar Passage Inside Two Years Accreditation Commonplace:  ABA Journal, Legislation Faculty Will get Extension to Meet Commonplace 316:

The Golden Gate College Faculty of Legislation, which has not had a two-year bar cross fee at or above 75% since its class of 2017, has acquired a 3-year extension to come back into compliance with Commonplace 316, which requires a bar passage fee of no less than 75% inside a two-year time interval.

After its Class of 2017 achieved a 75% two-year bar cross fee, Golden State has fallen beneath 75% in every of the final three years:

5 further regulation faculties fell in need of the 75% accreditation threshold for the Class of 2020:

• 58.58%  Inter American College of Puerto Rico
• 61.00%  Western Michigan College Thomas M. Cooley Legislation Faculty
• 71.43%  Appalachian Faculty of Legislation
• 71.43%  College of Puerto Rico Faculty of Legislation
• 72.63%  Pontifical Catholic College of Puerto Rico

Along with Golden Gate, Inter American College, Pontifical Catholic, and Western Michigan have acquired extensions of time from the ABA to come back into compliance with Commonplace 316.
