Israeli know-how entrepreneur Shlomo Kramer says in an article in “Fortune” journal that he and hundreds of Israeli entrepreneurs invested thirty years of their lives in turning Israel into a world know-how energy, and that the judicial overhaul being launched by the Israeli authorities threatens to destroy their life’s work.

“The laws will deprive buyers of the mandatory protections towards authorities abuse. With out these protections, buyers will likely be extra cautious about placing their cash in Israel, depriving Israeli startups of the gasoline they should succeed. In brief, it is going to set us again 30 years,” Kramer writes.

Kramer, one of many founders of veteran Israeli cybersecurity firm Examine Point (Nasdaq: CHKP), who went on to discovered information safety firm Imperva and cloud computing firm Cato Networks, relates how he and his friends have regularly gone over the previous thirty years from having to disguise the Israeli location of their companies and register mental property within the US, to having the ability base companies completely in Israel, due to the belief US buyers have acquired within the nation’s abilities and authorized construction.
