When China crossed the thirty eighth parallel, the US threatened with utilizing nuclear weapons so the Chinese language settled for a buffer zone outlined by the thirty eighth parallel (South Korea and Greatest Korea have been created).

Think about a warfare with China now that China has superior know-how and nukes.
