After a two-year investigation, the Division of Justice (DOJ) discovered that the Louisville Police Division violated the civil rights of Black folks through the use of extreme drive. On March 8, the DOJ launched an 86-page report, which included an officer permitting his canine to assault and gnaw on the boy’s arm.

That wasn’t the report’s most damning assertion.
