Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw will exit from the board of Infosys Ltd. after finishing her tenure as a member. The data know-how firm has appointed D. Sundaram as its lead impartial director to interchange her.

The founding father of Biocon Ltd. was appointed an impartial director on the board of Infosys in 2014 and took cost because the lead impartial director in 2018. She was the chairperson of the nomination and remuneration committee and a member of the danger administration and ESG committees of the board.

The change on the Infosys board comes at a time when two of its presidents have exited the corporate in fast succession.
