Kristin Hickman (McKnight Presidential Professor in Regulation, Distinguished McKnight College Professor, and Harlan Albert Rogers Professor in Regulation at College of Minnesota Regulation Faculty) has accepted a lateral supply from the College of Texas Faculty of Regulation efficient January 2024:

Professor Kristin E. Hickman is a number one authority within the fields of tax administration, administrative legislation, and statutory interpretation.
