The Bharatiya Janata Social gathering (BJP) on Tuesday launched the primary listing of 189 candidates for the meeting elections in Karnataka. “52 out of 189 are contemporary candidates,” BJP’s Nationwide Normal Secretary Arun Singh mentioned whereas releasing the listing. Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai will contest from the Shiggaon constituency. There are 5 advocates, 9 medical doctors, one retired IAS, and one IPS on the occasion’s first listing whereas eight girls have been fielded within the elections. 

BY Vijayendra, son of former Karnataka Chief Minister and BJP chief BS Yediyurappa, will contest from the Shikaripura seat. State Minister B Sriramulu has been fielded from Bellary Rural. BJP nationwide basic secretary C T Ravi will contest from his conventional seat, Chikmagalur. State Minister Dr Ashwathnarayan CN has been fielded from Malleshwaram, whereas minister R Ashoka will contest from two seats – Padmanabhanagar and Kanakapura.

Karnataka minister V Somanna will contest towards Congress chief and former chief minister Siddaramaiah in Varuna. He may also contest from another seat, Chamarajanagar.
